Happy Thanksgiving Day!

A clear sign of the goodness of life is when each year brings more to be thankful for than the year before. 2006 came packed with some great projects, a move to Tokyo and a shiny, brand-new wife. Here’s hoping that your year was just as wonderful.

Turkey can be a bit pricey here in Tokyo. This shop sells a bird for about 60 bucks, US. Stilll, I promised my family that, for the sake of tradition, I would do my best to eat some sort of bird today. I’m thinking Yakitori (焼き鳥). Chicken on a stick is almost the same as a drumstick, right?
