I hope that I can keep putting up new art that you love. Thanks for noticing the movement. I'm always trying to inject a sense of motion into my work. I think it gives it a sense of life. For everyone else, in regards to the size question: I work in all kinds of sizes. Most of the wood pieces are postcard sized (Japanese postcards, which are a bit thinner and taller than the US version). Social Grooming here is about 8 x 14". I usually work around that size (A4/US ltr) just for practicality. It's a bit of a balancing act; bigger pieces can be more detailed and easier to cut, but harder to glue down and scan. Besides, I live in Tokyo, and there isn't a whole lot of room to spread out and work in my little box of an apartment. LDahl, thanks for your kind comments!
